He just showed up one day with his mother and litter mates at the house about 2 weeks after he disappeared. Go figure!

Defining Light Photo > Austin... part stray, part pet, part feral. Too friendly to be a feral (totally wild) yet too wild to be someone's pet gone astray. He adopted us and we have developed a system to protect him from the larger males. He comes home at night for food and is brought indoors to sleep in a kennel. We release him in the morning after the kids go to school or there is less activity outside. I think he likes feeling so safe... He actually comes home during the day when he wants to sleep and cries to be let in...

Defining Light Photo > (aka Pikachu) Our rescued feral kitten. Her stomach muscles are torn from an attack by a dog/coyote/or large tomcat. The attack broke her hip and left her with bites everywhere. We nursed her bact to health. Haley fell in love with her and she fit well into our family so... rather than find her a home we kept her.
